Our team of expert transformation coaches are here to help you become the best version of yourself with our tried and tested personal training packages that have produced more than hundreds of transformations over the recent years. We are based in Manchester UK, and have a completely private personal training facility.

All of our personal training packages include the following:

Within all of our personal training packages we include the above, however, the more people that train together in the session reduces the price of the package.

TRANSFORMATION GROUPS   

One of our most popular and affordable services at RikFit is our transformation groups. They’ve successfully been running for more than 7 years and just like our personal training we have helped more than hundreds of people transform.


All of our Transformation Group packages include the following:

  • 3 x training sessions per week available Mon Wed Fri 6am, 7am, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm
  • Access to private training facility
  • 12 Week Training Programme
  • Personalised Nutrition Programme
  • Bi-weekly nutrition and training reviews
  • Progress monitoring (Photos, measurements, habit logs, assessments)
  • Educational eBooks (Nutrition & Training eBook, Recipe Guides, Restaurant Survival Guides)
  • Daily access to Q&A with coach
  • As part of this package everything above will be run via the RikFit App.


We run both Male & Female Transformation groups, the difference being on the focus of the training programme. With our Male transformation programme we focus more on building upper body strength and muscle. Whereas with our Female transformation programme we focus on building more lower body strength and muscle. However, both programmes are still overall a full body training split.

  • Small group of up to 5 people to keep the quality of service high
  • We have a completely private training facility which will allow you to feel comfortable and confident in developing your training
  • A RikFit coach will be there to teach you everything hands on as well as to motivate and inspire you to achieve your goals
  • Even though you are following a set programme, the coach can adjust the session to suit your needs. Offering a personal service within a group session.
  • You will receive a 12 week training programme through the RikFit app which also includes video demonstrations, nutrition and lifestyle logs, recipe & survival guides, plus much more.
  • Having a coach to be accountable to will improve how well you stick to your training and nutrition programme. Also, they will help educate and empower you to eventually take ownership of your own training and nutrition regime.
  • You will become healthier, fitter, stronger and more confident as you progress through your training programme.
